Special/Custom Orders: Please contact sheela@kuukivi.com for any special or custom orders and we will work with you via email/phone to transform your dream into a beautiful piece. All special/custom orders are final.


Privacy:All information submitted to us via the Kuukivi web site is kept confidential. None of this information is ever shared with anyone else. You might recieve promotional emails, coupon codes etc. from Kuukivi to the email address you provided with the order. If you wish not to recieve the emails, you can email us at info@kuukivi.com anytime and we will remove the address from the mailing list.


Guarantee: We fully guarantee our jewelry. We value your business and will repair any or part of your piece that proves to be faulty, if submitted for repairs within 90 days from purchase date, free of charge. Items requested for repair after this date OR if your piece needs repair due to damage while in your care, a fee will be charge for parts, labor and shipping. Please contact custmerservice@kuukivi.com for more details.

We have made every effort to present accurate colors and materials. However, due to variations in numerous settings on monitors we cannot guarantee the colors displayed are the exact colors of the items. Since each piece is handcrafted, minor changes in the design may occur due to changes in size/shape of stone etc. There might be slight imperfections called inclusions in color and shape when dealing with natural stones.


Returns:While we strive for your 100% satisfaction with Kuukivi products, we understand there might be occasion where you would like to return the product. We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt by refunding the purchase price of the item or by exchanging the item. Shipping fees are not refundable. Keep in mind that because of the use of natural stones in many of the designer pieces, slight imperfections called inclusions will occur in color and shape.

To return an item:

  • Contact us at returns@kuukivi.com for a return authorization number, mailing address and instructions. Please provide your order number and the date your order was received. Let us know if you prefer a refund or would like to exchange your item for another piece. We cannot process a return without the return authorization number.
  • Returned items must be shipped in their original or other secure packaging. Items must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Once we receive your item, we will e-mail you to let you know your item has been received and your return has been processed.
